This form will only be used for initial contact and information for vendors who would like to learn more about The International Elderberry Symposium. It does not guarantee you a spot and we will later have an official application for you to fill out and add payment to.
The trade show will not run the entire conference length, and you will be asked to purchase a ticket to the event, plus pay a vendor fee. We will send you an email once we have prices and times set in stone.
You can expect to be provided a table, and we can run an extension cord to you if you need power. Samplings of food and drinks are fine (and encouraged!), but we cannot accept food/meal vendors as we are having the meals catered.
If you cannot attend, but would like to donate a showcase of your products with information, we will proudly display them for everyone to see during the duration of the event.
